I work with a wide range of people — from dancers and athletes to art directors, camera operators, and everyday desk warriors — helping them move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.

Qualifications

I also support the Consultant Physiotherapist for Team GB and London GAA (Hurling), and have experience treating a wide range of issues, from acute and chronic injuries to tension headaches, migraines, and stress-related muscle tightness.

Every session is grounded in anatomy, care, and a good dose of human connection — because healing shouldn’t feel clinical.
