Whether you’ve been hunched over a laptop, under stage lights, or behind a camera for 12 hours — I’m here to help your body reset.
My treatments blend technical skill with an intuitive, holistic approach. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re after deep recovery, stress relief, or simply a proper switch-off.
I work with a wide range of people — from dancers and athletes to art directors, camera operators, and everyday desk warriors — helping them move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love.
Qualifications
- ITEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage
- ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage
I also support the Consultant Physiotherapist for Team GB and London GAA (Hurling), and have experience treating a wide range of issues, from acute and chronic injuries to tension headaches, migraines, and stress-related muscle tightness.
Every session is grounded in anatomy, care, and a good dose of human connection — because healing shouldn’t feel clinical.

Holly is a Level 5 Practitioner of Clinical Reflexology, specialising in women’s health, stress reduction, various health conditions and orthopaedic disorders.
By applying pressure to targetted receptors on the feet, Holly creates a full body experience that works to calm the nervous system and restore homeostasis.
QUALIFICATIONS

Guido Cirillo brings two decades of experience in the art of hairdressing. Having trained as a qualified hairdresser, he spent the first nine years mastering both female and male hair before opening his own barber shop in Radlett.
